What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American
Express.

What is your return policy?
Invoices are required for all returns. Returns
must be made within 30 days of purchase. In-stock
merchandise may be returned for an in-store credit
or for a refund. All refunds will be issued within
5 business days. Special order (non-inventory)
merchandise is non-cancelable and non-refundable.

What about bulbs & wattage?
Bulbs are not included unless otherwise noted.
All electrical fixtures are UL listed unless otherwise
noted. The wattage listed is the maximum recommended;
however, you may use lower wattage.
4.
Which direction should my fan run in summer/winter?
On most fans, your fan should be running counter-clockwise
in summer and in winter your fan should run clockwise.
5.
Can someone help me plan and design lighting for
my home?
The Light Depot has a knowledgeable sales staff
that can help you with any size project.
6.
Why is merchandise sometimes out of stock?
At The Light Depot we do our best to keep merchandise
in stock. Many of our items are custom made, therefore
we have a longer delivery time and shipping time.
It may also be because of the popularity of an
item.
7.
What if I have a complaint?
Any sales person could assist you with your problem
and help you solve your problem in a timely manner.

How can I get a product repaired?
You may return the product to The Light Depot
or we can obtain a replacement from the manufacturer.
9.
Why is the finish sometimes different on the same
fixtures?
Many of the fixtures are hand painted or acid
dipped. Variations in the finish reflect the handcrafted
processes and are part of the beauty of these
fixtures. |
